Mr. Hemant Dixit is the Chairman of Centurion Foundation, providing strategic direction and governance to ensure that all initiatives align with the Foundation’s core values of “Nation First,” “Service,” and “Integrity.” With extensive experience as a leader and organisational development expert, he plays a key role in shaping long-term national initiatives and building strong institutional partnerships. He also encourages policy-level engagement with government agencies and promotes transparency and accountability across all Foundation activities. Under his guidance, Centurion Foundation continues to operate with clarity, purpose, and integrity, ensuring that every project creates meaningful impact. His leadership helps the Foundation remain focused on serving the nation, empowering communities, and inspiring future leaders committed to service before self.

Mr. Shishir Dixit is the Founder of Centurion Foundation, driven by his vision: “Strengthening Childhood, Empowering Armed Forces.” With a deep commitment to nation-building, he has shaped the Foundation as a bridge between underprivileged youth, defence aspirants, military personnel, and defence-trained individuals, guided by the principle of Service Before Self. Under his leadership, the Foundation focuses on grassroots empowerment of children and youth, welfare and justice for Armed Forces personnel, and promoting patriotism, discipline, and service values. He also advocates for equal opportunities, especially for women in the Armed Forces. Through his guidance, Centurion Foundation has grown into a meaningful platform, making a tangible impact across social, educational, and legal fronts while inspiring a generation to serve the nation selflessly.

Maj Gen Shammi Sabharwal (Retd.) is a respected defence expert and mentor at Centurion Foundation, known for his vast experience and dedication to guiding future officers. A distinguished officer of the Indian Army, he served the nation for decades, gaining deep exposure to operational leadership, administration, and strategic planning. His service helped him understand the qualities needed to succeed as an officer and the realities of military life. After retirement, Maj Gen Sabharwal continues to support aspirants through Centurion Foundation. His practical insights, disciplined approach, and real-world experiences help candidates prepare confidently for defence exams and interviews. Under his guidance, Centurion Foundation actively promotes defence awareness, with a special focus on the Indian Air Force, supports veteran welfare and policy advocacy, and encourages leadership development rooted in discipline, service, and nation-building. He also provides strategic advice for defence-oriented and national service projects. Group Captain Basu’s involvement embodies the Foundation’s mission to honour service, support veterans, and inspire the next generation of leaders committed to the nation.

Lt. Col Mukul Bajpai (Retd.) is a respected defence expert and mentor at Centurion Foundation, known for his vast military experience and sincere commitment to guiding young aspirants. A former officer of the Army Medical Corps (AMC) and an alumnus of Armed Forces Medical College (AFMC), Pune, he served the Indian Armed Forces for 25 years. During his service, he gained strong exposure to operational duties, administration, and leadership roles, which helped him develop a clear understanding of military discipline, officer-like qualities, and the realities of life in uniform. After retiring from active service, Dr. Bajpai chose to continue serving the nation through Centurion Foundation. His practical guidance, disciplined approach, and real-life experiences help aspirants gain confidence and clarity about their goals. Through his mentorship, the Foundation ensures candidates are mentally prepared, professionally guided, and ready to pursue a meaningful career in the Armed Forces.

Subedar Major Rishi Dixit is a highly decorated military leader and a proud representative of the JCO & OR fraternity, serving as a Core Member of Centurion Foundation and President of IESL. His leadership is built on real-world experience, discipline, and a deep sense of service, helping turn the Foundation’s vision into action. He drives the Foundation’s initiatives through effective ground-level execution, veteran welfare engagement, and youth motivation programs rooted in military values. He also represents veterans’ concerns across organisational and community platforms, connecting grassroots realities with strategic planning. Through his guidance, Centurion Foundation stays closely grounded in the voices of soldiers and veterans, ensuring that every initiative translates purpose into tangible, measurable impact while inspiring service, discipline, and commitment among the next generation.

Mr. Rajesh Khanna is a key member of Centurion Foundation, actively contributing to its mission of service, nation-building, and community engagement. He leads and coordinates community outreach programs, helping the Foundation connect with underprivileged youth and local communities. He also manages events and campaigns, ensuring initiatives reach the right audience and achieve their objectives. He also connects and coordinates with civilian and defence organisations, building strong partnerships to support the Foundation’s work. Through his efforts, Centurion Foundation continues to expand its reach, deliver effective programs, and inspire a culture of discipline, service, and commitment among aspiring leaders and communities.
